DEPARTMENT OF MARKETING AND STUDENT PRACTICE
Samarkand State Medical University is an independent structure, reports directly to the rector of the Institute. In 1998, According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Marketing serves department" was organized.

PURPOSES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE MANAGER
Market-based teaching and learning prepares undergraduate, graduate, and residency students for future employment.
Creating new jobs (vacancies) in healthcare and other practical areas and creates a database of employers
Forms and prepares contracts for the formation of a portfolio of orders for the availability of graduates. Employs graduates with job and forms monitoring.
Disseminates information on study opportunities in SamSMI bachelor degree, master's and clinical residency programs, concludes agreements with students and conducts explanatory work on accepting money. For practice purposes, he concludes contracts with databases of leading medical clinics.
