Samarkand State Medical University organized a festive and ceremonial “Graduation Evening” for its graduates and students.

  The event commenced with an online address by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Qo‘ng‘irotboy Sharipov. In his speech, he highlighted the university’s internationally recognized educational programs, congratulated the institution on its steadily growing reputation both nationally and internationally, and wished the graduates every success in their future endeavors.

  The ceremony also featured speeches by Professor Jasur Rizayev, Rector of Samarkand State Medical University; Suxrob Zayniyev, Head of the Samarkand Regional Health Department; and Husan To‘xtayev, Deputy Governor of Samarkand Region for Youth Policy, Social Development, and Spiritual-Educational Affairs. They spoke warmly about the university’s achievements and accomplishments and extended their best wishes to the graduates for success in their future professional careers.

  During the official part of the ceremony, diplomas were solemnly awarded to the graduates of Samarkand State Medical University. It is worth noting that nearly 1,900 students successfully completed their bachelor’s and master’s degree programs at the university this year.

  The celebration continued with a vibrant concert program featuring renowned Uzbek pop stars, musical performances, and festive entertainment, creating an atmosphere of joy and excitement for all participants.
