HISTORY
The Ishtykhan College of Public Health named after Abu Ali ibn Sino was originally created as an educational institution on the basis of the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 325 of July 7, 1993.
By Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 29, 2003 No. 572, the educational institution was given the status of "Ishtykhan Medical College."
In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 7, 2020 "On measures to introduce a fundamentally new system of training and continuous professional development of personnel in the medical and sanitary sphere" No. PU-4666. Ishtykhan was transformed into the Abu Ali ibn Sino College of Public Health.
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 16, 2024, the Ishtykhan Abu Ali ibn Sino PF-158-son College of Public Health is currently under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL WORKS
On May 16, 2025, at the Ishtikhan College of Public Health named after Abu Ali ibn Sino, a bright and meaningful spiritual and educational event was held on the topic "National Values - a Mirror of the Spirituality of the Nation."
The main goal of the event is to increase respect for national values in the hearts of young people, educating them as patriots, enlightened and active personalities.
During the event, feature films were shown for our readers, which showed interesting scenes about the ancient traditions of the Uzbek people, folk rituals and culture.
TRAINING AND METHODOLOGICAL WORK
Training is conducted for each course and discipline according to the following approved documents:

- modern educational technologies (graphic organizers, case technology and design method).

In the technical school, all computers are connected to the Internet, there are more than 30 interactive boards, more than 15 Wi-Fi zones. There are thematic videos, presentations, multimedia programs, lectures and practical exercises. The credit-modular system has been fully implemented in the technical school.
