HISTORY
Pakhtachi Abu Ali ibn Sino Public Health Technical College was established on August 28, 2006. Initially, 600 students were admitted to the Nursing work, Pharmacy, and Medical specialties. Later, departments were opened in the areas of Pharmacy, and to this day, it has trained a large number of medical personnel with secondary education.
The technical school has departments of "Nursing work", "Medical", "Pharmacy", where more than 570 students from different regions of our republic study. The technical school has 2 educational buildings. There is a dormitory for 200 students, a library with a canteen for 120 people, which is fully operational. Also, it is no exaggeration to say that the graduates of the school have become doctors and scientists who are helping the people's diseases, which further increases the prestige of the Pakhtachi Abu Ali ibn Sino Public Health Technical College. Those who learned the secrets of the profession at the Pakhtachi Medical College. During the academic year, in order to provide students with in-depth knowledge, train them to become specialists who meet today's requirements, and widely implement the tasks set forth in such documents as the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education", the "National Program for Personnel Training", and the "State Program for Reforming the Healthcare System", the teaching staff of the technical school have been carrying out a lot of positive work. The technical school has a total of 53 classrooms, including training facilities. 46 of them are located in the technical school's educational buildings. In addition, 2 clinical simulation rooms have been established at the technical school.
SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL AFFAIRS
In order to ensure high efficiency of the educational process, increase the initiative of students, their desire for scientific research and their creative skills, the technical school holds the "Intelligence" competition, "Orasta qizlar", "Navruz and values", "The best reader", "Cheerful and clever", "Generations of Amir Temur" competitions. Presentation of the work carried out within the framework of cooperation between Samarkand State Medical University and the Pakhtachi Abu Ali ibn Sino Public Health Technical College and information on the event "Rector and youth"
COOPERATION WITH SAMARKAND STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
In the new period of development of Uzbekistan, the development of education and science, improvement of the educational process, training of qualified personnel in educational institutions that meet the requirements of world standards, and large-scale reforms in the field of education have reached a new level. In particular, the development of cooperation between the Pakhtachi Abu Ali ibn Sino Public Health Technical College and higher educational institutions, and further strengthening of integration between them are of great importance. Indeed, today, the demand for and attention to the education provided to students in professional educational institutions, and teachers is increasing. Large-scale work is also being carried out in this regard at the Pakhtachi Abu Ali ibn Sino Public Health Technical College.
The educational process carried out in the technical school aims to develop independent and free thinking, form their thinking and strengthen ideological education of young students, educate them in the spirit of loyalty to our Motherland, further improve the educational process, promote the national idea and increase the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work. The spiritual and educational events held within the framework of the "Day of Spirituality" on "Propaganda of the National Idea and Increasing the Effectiveness of Spiritual and Educational Work" are organized at a high level. In particular, the content and essence of the works, reports, and speeches of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the priority areas of state policy being implemented today, large-scale reforms, and the importance of adopted legislative acts are explained in detail, "Independence Lessons" are held in order to ideologically and politically form young people, interethnic harmony, Events were organized on interfaith tolerance, the incomparable impact of independence on the fate of each generation, its dignity, and the continuity of traditions between generations.
EDUCATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL-METHODICAL WORK
Teaching is carried out according to the following approved documents for each course and direction:
– Qualification characteristics;
– State educational standard;
– Model curriculum;
– Working curriculum;
– In accordance with the order of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of
Uzbekistan No. 465 dated September 4, 2020, sets of teaching materials are being created and the educational process is being implemented. The following technical facilities are available during the teaching process: A telecommunications system has been established, and videos, presentations, multimedia programs, lectures and practical exercises on the subject are shown using televisions connected to the central computer.
Technical college library:
- The library has educational literature in English, Uzbek and Russian.
- The electronic library includes textbooks, atlases, study guides, teaching aids, etc.
There are 4 computers connected to the Internet for students to obtain new information on the subject.
SCIENTIFIC AND RESEARCH WORK
The technical college's scientific and research work is carried out on educating the younger generation in the spirit of loyalty to the ideas of independence, forming the legal culture of young people, and various aspects of modern medical science. All teachers of the technical college actively participate in the technical college's scientific and research work.
