On April 23, representatives of regional and district health departments, medical preventive institutions and organizations held a meeting with graduates of Samarkand State Medical University for the academic year 2021-2022.

  The meeting with graduates was opened by Rector Jasur Rizaev, where he gave detailed information on specialities and directions of graduates, measures taken to enhance qualitative training of professionals at the university in his welcoming address.

  First Deputy Head of the Regional Public Health Department S.S. Zainiyev spoke in details about development of material and technical base of the public health bodies, existing vacant positions in public health sphere, conditions and opportunities created for young professionals in the region. It was underlined that the local district and city authorities of the region will render assistance to the graduates in their settlement activities alongside the privileges and preferences in line with the relevant decrees and orders of the President. Speaking to the graduates, heads of several medical institutions spoke in detail about the vacancies available in their organizations and answered all the questions they were asked.
