In order to promote a healthy lifestyle among students, protect young people from various harmful habits, and prevent crime, a roundtable discussion was organized on the theme "We, the youth, are against drug addiction, psychotropic substances, and crime!".

  The event was attended by responsible officers of the Samarkand Regional Department of Internal Affairs, the head of the regional narcology department, the university administration, and students.

  During the event, an exchange of views took place on the negative impact of the use of drugs and psychotropic substances on human health, education, family, and social life. Furthermore, special attention was paid to the issues of preventing offenses and crime among the youth, fostering a spirit of respect for the law, and meaningfully organizing free time.

  At the roundtable discussion, students asked questions of interest to them and expressed their thoughts and opinions on the topic.
