As part of academic mobility programmes, a delegation of academic staff from Samarkand State Medical University visited the Moscow Regional Research Institute named after M.F.Vladimirsky (MRRI, Russian Federation).

  During the visit, the members of the delegation got acquainted with the work of the clinic and the departments - "Internal Medicine", "Endocrinology", "Pathophysiology" and "General Medical Practice" of the Faculty of Advanced Medical Training. They also visited the simulation and accreditation centre of MONIKI, a master class on working on simulators and a district polyclinic for adults of Stupinskiy Regional Clinical Hospital. The staff of Samarkand State Medical University got acquainted with the simulation centre, the working process of the State Attestation Commission, the order of work of the training centre and took part in the scientific and practical conference "Safety of Radiological Methods of Investigation".

  During the visit, an agreement was concluded on academic mobility in terms of cooperation between Samarkand State Medical University and the Moscow Regional Clinical Research Institute. This memorandum provides for joint research and joint publication of scientific articles; exchange of experience in all areas of medical education; joint scientific and practical events, workshops, lectures and seminars; joint participation in scientific and educational projects; joint training courses and other educational programmes, including online; organisation of internships, professional development and other educational activities for students and teachers.
