At the Research Institute of Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation under Samarkand State Medical University, the foundation stone was laid for the construction of a 200-bed health and treatment medical center.

    During the ceremonial event, the Rector of the university, Jasur Rizayev, delivered a speech highlighting the institute’s activities and its current achievements. He emphasized that the construction of the new health and treatment medical center is, above all, a result of the significant attention given to the development of the healthcare sector by the country’s leadership. As part of the ceremony, a traditional time capsule was laid in the foundation of the building, and best wishes were expressed for the continued success of the Research Institute of Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation.

    Participants also ознакомились (became acquainted) with the conditions created in the newly reconstructed building of the center, including treatment and rehabilitation rooms as well as operating theaters.
