Blood, being one of the most vital components of the human body, plays a key role in transporting nutrients and oxygen, regulating bodily processes, and restoring health. Due to accidents and various diseases that lead to blood loss, the need for blood transfusion arises, creating a demand for donors.

  With the aim of promoting blood donation and contributing to saving human lives, the team of Samarkand State Medical University organized the national campaign “Together We Save Lives.”

  At the Samarkand Regional Blood Transfusion Center, a group of volunteers consisting of university staff and students donated blood.
