On March 19 of the current year, within the framework of Youth Day, a meeting was held at Samarkand State Medical University between the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Asilbek Xudayarov, and students.
The main purpose of the meeting was to provide students with detailed information about ongoing systemic reforms in the healthcare sector, support mechanisms for young professionals, and the conditions being created for their professional development.
The visit of Asilbek Xudayarov began with ознакомление (review) of innovative projects developed by students with startup initiatives aimed at implementation in the healthcare system.
During the meeting, the Minister provided comprehensive information on priority areas focused on modernizing the healthcare system, improving the quality of medical education, and strengthening the integration of education and practice.
“Today, the fields of healthcare and medical education are undergoing deeper reforms than ever before,” the Minister emphasized in his speech.
In addition, students had the opportunity to ask questions of interest, receive detailed answers, and present their own proposals and initiatives.
This meeting plays an important role in the professional development of young people, enhancing their social activity, and shaping them into highly qualified specialists.
