To study, promote, and honor the lives of our compatriots who fell victim to political repression, a group of active students from Samarkand State Medical University, led by the university’s rector, Professor Jasur Rizayev, visited the “Memorial Museum of Victims of Repression” and the “Martyrs’ Memorial Complex” in Tashkent.
During the visit, the participants explored valuable exhibits and learned about the courageous lives and sacrifices of our ancestors, who fought selflessly for the interests, dignity, and freedom of the nation.
Additionally, to meaningfully enrich students’ free time outside of classes, a sightseeing tour to several notable landmarks of Tashkent was organized, providing students with cultural exposure and new experiences.
