In order to fulfill the instructions voiced during the open dialogue between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and representatives of the healthcare sector on March 18, 2022, a group of employees of Samarkand State Medical University organized medical examinations and training lectures for employees of the Jizzakh branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care. 

  The staff of SamSMU conducted examinations and consultations of patients in the departments of urology, neurology, intensive care and anesthesiology. Also, urologists-transplantologists of SamSMU conducted an examination and gave necessary consultations to patients who had undergone a "kidney transplant".

  Lectures and talks on "Acute urinary retention", "Urinary incontinence in women", and "Safe prostatic hyperplasia" were organized in the emergency department, departments of emergency and planned urology, Neurology, and Surgery No.2 of the Jizzakh branch.
