On March 16, Rector of Samarkand State Medical University, Professor Zhasur Rizaev delivered a lecture "Who is a Leader?". The lecture was attended by students of higher education institutions - participants of the forum, professors and students of the university.

  During the author's master class Zhasur Alimzhanovich Rizaev spoke about his life path, the difficulties he encountered, the requirements for a modern leader. Such issues as how to be a leader, leader or chief, what is leadership, who can be called a leader, leaders are born or become, the qualities of a true leader were discussed during the lecture. At the end of the lecture the speaker gave detailed answers to all the questions.

  The lecture was an informal, friendly and open discussion and was warmly welcomed by all the listeners.
