Samarkand State Medical University held a meeting with the representatives of Russian delegation headed by Evgeniy Nikolaev, Head of International Relations Department of Chuvash State University named after I.N.Ulyanov. Zafar Aminov, Vice-rector for international relations of SamSMU and employees of the department of international education and staff of academic department took part in the negotiations.

  The guests thanked the university authorities for their warm welcome and hospitality. During the talks, plans for staff training under "joint programmes" were agreed upon, and implementation of joint projects in academic mobility and research activities were discussed.
