Students study the subject "Hematology" based on the curriculum in the 3rd year of the faculties of General Medicine, Pediatrics, Folk Medicine, Higher Nursing, and in the 4th year of the Faculty of Medical Biology.

  Students of the 5th year of the faculties of Medical Prophylaxis and General Medicine, and students of the 6th year of the Faculty of Pediatrics study based on the curriculum of the subject "Military Field Therapy".

  The training of highly qualified specialists in the directions of master's degree and clinical residency has been established at the department.

  Teaching for each course and faculty is conducted according to the following approved documents:

  – Qualification characteristic;

  – State standard;

  – Curriculum;

  – Working curriculum;

  – Educational technologies include the following:

  – Amendments in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 80;

  – Approved diagnostic standards;

  – International recommendations;

  – Modern educational technologies (graphic organizers, case technology, and project method).

  Technical equipment available during the teaching process:

  A telecommunication system has been organized, and topic-related video films, presentations, multimedia programs, lectures, and practical classes are displayed using televisions connected to a central computer. There is a unified bank of scanned images created according to the curriculum for unified teaching and matching all sections of the curriculum.

  Department Library:

• The library contains over 60 educational literature items in English, Uzbek, and Russian languages.
• The electronic library includes textbooks, atlases, study guides, methodological manuals, and others.

  For students, practical observation of topic-related patients and their laboratory examinations has been organized.
