International Cooperation Relations

  The internationalist objectives of Samarkand State Medical University are based on the university's development concept aimed at strengthening its position in the international educational space. The main advantages of internationalization are an increase in the number of students from abroad, the development of joint projects with foreign higher education institutions and research centers, an increase in the number of researchers and teachers teaching in foreign educational institutions, an increase in the number of joint programs with foreign higher education institutions, which allows for the issuance of two diplomas.

  Samarkand State Medical University cooperates with more than 60 state and international organizations, foreign universities and research centers, participants in international cooperation in the field of education and science, based on the principle of equality, develops cooperation with universities in Europe, Asia, North America and the UIS on the basis of a joint program and academic mobility.

  The tasks of international cooperation of the Department of Propaedeutics of Children's Diseases of the Samarkand State Medical University are based on the concept of the development of the university and are aimed at strengthening its position in the international educational space. Every year the number of highly qualified specialists, faculty, students and researchers from abroad who visit the Department of Propaedeutics of Children's Diseases is growing in order to establish business contacts, train, improve their skills, and participate in scientific conferences. The department regularly organizes lectures and webinars with prestigious medical universities of the CIS countries as part of academic mobility, effectively using the ZOOM online platform. During 2020-2023.  At the same time, it is worth noting that the staff of the department (Rabbimova D.T. Uralov Sh.M., Shadieva Kh.N.,) also held a number of lectures and master classes as part of the program of international cooperation and academic mobility for students of the Izhevsk Medical Academy (Russian Federation) and South Kazakhstan Medical Academy (Chimkent, Kazakhstan).

  The Department of Propaedeutics of Children's Diseases maintains cooperation with more than 10 higher educational institutions and research centers of near and far abroad countries. The staff of the department also actively participates in various scientific and practical republican conferences of our country.

  SamMU is ready to establish contacts with educational and scientific centers, universities, and public organizations around the world, and the institute's doors are open to all applicants, students, applicants, and teachers abroad.
