The national project "Yashil Makon" ("Green Space") initiated by the Head of our State has today turned into a nationwide movement aimed at preserving the environment, improving ecology and human health. In particular, it would not be an exaggeration to say that the announcement of 2025 as the "Year of Environmental Conservation and the Green Economy" has given the movement a broader scope.

  On April 15 of this year, massive tree plantings were carried out at Samarkand State Medical University as part of the nationwide Yashil Makon project.

  The staff of SamSMU planted and landscaped more than 200 shrubs of ornamental plantings on the territory of the Teshiktosh farm in the Urgut district of the region.

  Such extensive work not only contributes to the improvement of the environment and ecology, but will also contribute to the strengthening of human health.
