Samarkand State Medical University has been cooperating with Webster University of the USA for several years. In particular, it was agreed between the two institutions that they will help train qualified specialists in "Medical Biology" and "Higher Nursing" based on American standards.

  In this agreement, Samarkand State Medical University is one of the first higher medical educational institutions of Uzbekistan to implement a tripartite memorandum on the implementation of a joint educational program in the direction of "Nursing" in cooperation with Webster University. signed. According to the memorandum, from the 2024-2025 academic year, the 3+1 form "Nursing" cooperative education program will be implemented, and students of Samarkand State Medical University will have the opportunity to study and improve their skills at a prestigious university in the USA.

  It is worth noting that this cooperative educational project between Samarkand State Medical University and Webster University is the first among the medical universities of our country and helps our students to acquire medical knowledge based on world standards and become competitive specialists.

  The process of admission to the cooperative education program will begin in August of this year.
