University staff visiting socially vulnerable families of Samarkand

  On April 25, staff members of 1st Medical faculty of Samarkand State Medical University, Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs M.Zaripov and faculty tutors visited territory of "Mustaqillik" makhalla (eng. local government), attached to the university, in Samarkand, .

  Employees of SamSMU together with makhalla activists visited and talked to low-income and socially vulnerable families living there. During the talks, together with the assistant hokim (eng. head of local government) and the chairman of the makhalla, they discussed ways of solving and helping to resolve the socio-economic problems of these households.
