On December 21, Badminton competitions among students of universities of the region were held at Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics. 12 doubles and individual teams took part in the competition.

  Thus, Samarkand branch of Tashkent State University of Economics took the 3rd place, the team of Silk Road University of International Tourism was awarded the 2nd place, and the Samarkand State Medical Institute's team took the 1st place.

  The results of games in individual order also in favor of students of our institute. Special mention should be given to students of International Education Faculty of Samarkand State Medical Institute - Mubasher Ahmad, Depanshu Bedi, Mukhammad Khubaib who won prizes.
