Morally and educational work of the department

  

  Caring for the younger generation and striving to cultivate healthy, harmonious individuals are among the hallmarks of the Uzbek national character. Therefore, spiritual and educational work is a key focus of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department No. 1. Spiritual and educational work in the department is conducted regularly in accordance with an approved plan. The responsible instructor, F.Z. Kurbanyiazova, coordinates and organizes this work.

  Professors and teachers of the department work with students:

  • They get acquainted with the works and speeches of the President Sh.M. Mirziyoyev, decrees and resolutions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers, and also carry out spiritual and educational work in order to educate a harmonious generation, improve and perfect the national, national and spiritual ideological qualities of young people: 
  • Successful implementation and development of creative reforms in the republic; 
  • Formation of a healthy lifestyle philosophy among students; 
  • Improving political and legal culture among students; 
  • Timely informing students about social, political and creative events taking place in the world and the country; 
  • Formation of a healthy spiritual environment among students; 
  • Organization of students' free time in accordance with the direction and specialization of the educational institution, organization of various clubs;

  In accordance with the established plan, spiritual and educational work is regularly organized in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 1. The department's staff places special emphasis on fostering spiritual and moral values among professors, teachers, staff, and students, cultivating a patriotic spirit, respect for national and global values, broadening the worldview of young people, and guiding them toward active participation in public life.

  In accordance with the approved plan, the department regularly holds weekly "Spiritual Conversations." These discussions cover ongoing reforms in the country, national values, historical dates and important social events, youth education, professional ethics, the role of healthcare workers in society, healthy lifestyles, and legal and spiritual culture. The events include interviews, roundtables, open dialogues, and educational meetings with staff and students.

  The department employs a "teacher-student" approach, aimed at providing professional and spiritual support to young professionals and students. Experienced professors and instructors provide young teachers and students with practical assistance and advice on professional development, research, teaching skills, communication skills, and professional ethics in healthcare. This "teacher-student" approach, along with developing the professional potential of young people, fosters such qualities as responsibility, discipline, teamwork, and humanity.

  The department's staff actively participates in spiritual and educational events not only within the university but also in various organizations and institutions. These events emphasize promoting a healthy lifestyle, protecting reproductive health, family values, women's health, medical culture, and raising a healthy generation. 

  In general, spiritual and educational work in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 1 is carried out systematically and continuously, and its main goal is to train medical specialists who possess spiritual maturity, high moral qualities, are devoted to their profession and are deeply aware of their responsibility to society.
