Morally and educational work of the department
The Department regularly implements a range of socio-economic, organizational, and legal measures aimed at creating favorable conditions for the social development of university students and fostering their intellectual, creative, spiritual, and educational potential.
The foundation of the spiritual and educational activities carried out by the Department is based on such values as love for the Motherland, loyalty and dedication to the people, independent and free thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, and the development of a well-rounded and socially responsible younger generation. These principles are reflected in the scientific and theoretical works, ideas, and educational activities promoted within the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The spiritual and educational activities of the Department are aimed at supporting students in becoming well-rounded individuals, helping them find their place in society, and developing the professional, ethical, and moral qualities required of future medical specialists.

Particular attention is paid to the formation of professional responsibility, medical ethics, compassion, discipline, communication skills, and a commitment to serving patients and society. Students are encouraged to develop their intellectual and creative abilities, participate actively in educational and scientific activities, and cultivate a strong sense of civic and professional responsibility

Educational-methodological, scientific-research, clinical, and spiritual-educational activities are carried out systematically in accordance with the requirements of the National Training Programme and relevant state educational standards. These activities are aimed at ensuring the comprehensive professional and personal development of students and preparing highly qualified, socially responsible, and ethically competent medical professionals.
