Morally and educational work of the department
The upbringing of the younger generation as harmoniously developed, highly spiritual, and modern qualified specialists is one of the priority directions of state policy. In this regard, spiritual and educational work holds an important place in the Department of Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics and the Course of Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics of the DCTF.
The work is carried out based on an approved annual plan under the supervision of the responsible assistant N.A. Yusupova. The faculty develops in students such qualities as devotion to the Motherland, national pride, professional culture, and humanism.
The department regularly holds events, round tables, and open dialogues aimed at promoting the ideas of the President, the content of state decisions, the concept of New Uzbekistan, and national values.
Promotion of a healthy lifestyle, physical activity, and rejection of harmful habits is carried out. Special attention is paid to medical ethics, deontology, honesty, responsibility, and professional discipline. Educational meetings are organized on issues of combating corruption, academic integrity, improving legal culture, and explaining the Constitution and legislation.
Students are regularly informed about reforms in the healthcare system and scientific achievements. Scientific seminars, conferences, and support for gifted students are actively conducted. Activities are held to develop reading culture, cultural and educational meetings dedicated to historical dates, national holidays, and anniversaries of great scholars and thinkers.
Preventive work is carried out to strengthen interethnic harmony, religious tolerance, protection from extremism and harmful influences, as well as issues of information security and media culture.
Students’ free time is meaningfully organized through sports and cultural events, visits to theaters and museums. Living conditions in dormitories are studied, and individual conversations are conducted. Through the traditions of “mentor–student,” “Hour of Enlightenment,” open dialogues, and trainings, professional and personal development is supported. Participation in environmental and social projects is encouraged. Cooperation with parents is established, and an individual approach to the spiritual and professional development of each student is ensured.
The department carries out spiritual and educational work in close connection with the educational process, contributing to the training of highly educated, patriotic, and competitive specialists.
