The research activities of the Department are aimed at developing modern scientific approaches in the field of clinical laboratory diagnostics, improving laboratory diagnostic methods, implementing innovative technologies for early detection and monitoring of diseases, enhancing the quality management system in clinical laboratories, as well as developing research skills, professional competencies, and the principles of evidence-based medicine among students and young researchers.

  All employees of the Department actively participate in the research activities of the Department and the University. Currently, 3 employees are independent researchers (Isakulova M.M., Berdiyarova Sh.Sh., Isomadinova L.K.), and 1 employee (Rakhmatov J.A.) is simultaneously pursuing studies in the basic doctoral program.

  Over the past 5 years, the Department’s staff have published more than 500 scientific works, including 5 textbooks, 7 teaching manuals, 4 monographs, 18 electronic educational programs, and more than 450 scientific articles in leading national and international journals.
