As the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sh. M. Mirziyoyev, noted: "One of the most important and urgent issues is the upbringing of a highly spiritual youth equipped with modern knowledge and professions, possessing their own independent opinion in the spirit of national and universal human values." A prosperous and flourishing society can be achieved through high spirituality and continuous spiritual education.

  Caring for the younger generation and striving to raise a healthy, well-rounded individual are defining traits of the national character of the Uzbek people. Therefore, spiritual and educational work is a key direction of activity at the Department of Clinical Pharmacology. Spiritual and educational activities at the department are conducted on an ongoing basis according to an approved plan.

  The faculty and teaching staff of the department carry out the following work among students:

• Familiarizing students with the works and speeches of President Sh. M. Mirziyoyev, as well as decrees and resolutions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers, alongside conducting spiritual and educational work aimed at raising a harmonious generation, as well as enhancing and refining the universal, national, and spiritual-worldview qualities of the youth;
• Successfully implementing and advancing constructive reforms in the Republic;
• Fostering a healthy lifestyle philosophy among students;
• Enhancing the political and legal culture of students;
• Providing students with timely information about socio-political and creative events taking place in the world and the country;
• Creating a healthy spiritual environment among the student body;
• Organizing students' leisure time in accordance with the field and specialization of the educational institution, as well as organizing the work of various interest groups and clubs.

  The implementation of these tasks is our responsibility—that is, the faculty and teaching staff of the department. For this purpose, spiritual and educational work is being actively conducted in the 2025–2026 academic year as well.

  The program of spiritual and educational work implemented at the Department of Clinical Pharmacology throughout the academic year is carried out based on a plan developed at our university in alignment with the reforms underway in our country across the spiritual, social, economic, and political spheres.

  Every Friday, "Information Hours" are held regularly at the Department of Clinical Pharmacology. Furthermore, on the first day when students of each cohort arrive at the department, the head of the department provides a detailed explanation of the educational process, internal regulations, dress code, and so forth.
