At the Department of Radiation Diagnostics and Therapy, students' research work is carried out by organizing meetings of the student scientific circle "Young Radiologists," holding separate sectional meetings within the framework of international and republican student scientific and practical conferences held at Samarkand State Medical University. Students prepare research papers for the republican competition of research papers on topical problems of modern radiation diagnostics and therapy, the most common problems of modern medicine.
All students interested in the problems of modern radiation diagnostics of medical knowledge and activity encourage the achievements of club members and call for cooperation.
The head teacher responsible for the activities of the club is Giyasova Nigora Kobilovna, who is currently an assistant, as well as the author of more than 50 scientific works.
Course leader: A. Azimova, 6th-year student of the Faculty of Medicine, author and co-author of 34 scientific articles, holder of the 1st degree diploma of the "Samarkand 2020" Olympiad, recipient of the rector's scholarship.
