Student research activities at the Department of Histology, Cytology and Embryology are carried out within the framework of the student scientific circle “Young Histologists”, as well as through special sectional sessions held during international and national student scientific and practical conferences organized by Samarkand State Medical University.

  Students prepare research papers devoted to current issues in histology, as well as philosophical, methodological, and bioethical problems of modern medicine, for participation in national research competitions.

  The Department welcomes cooperation with all students interested in the histological aspects of medical science and practice and actively encourages the achievements of the club’s participants.

  The direct supervisor of the club is Assistant Lecturer Nilufer Bakhtiyarovna Yuldasheva, the author of more than 10 scientific publications.

  Senior Group Leader: M. Rakhimov, a 3rd-year student of the Faculty of General Medicine, author and co-author of 10 scientific articles, recipient of a First-Degree Diploma in the “We Are Against Corruption” competition and a Rector’s Scholarship.

  Junior Course Group Leader: A. Makhmudova, a 2nd-year student of the Faculty of General Medicine, author and co-author of 8 scientific articles, recipient of 4 diplomas, 7 certificates, 2 honorary titles, and 2 letters of appreciation.
