All documents specified in the instructions for organizing and conducting the educational process in educational departments of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan (orders of the rector, assignments of the dean of the faculty, head of the department, etc.) are being carried out in a timely and planned manner. Educational methodological work is reviewed and approved by the methodological councils of the department.

  The department conducts mutual classes, holds open classes, conducts independent training of students, equips classrooms, and studies methodological and other documents according to a set plan.

OPEN CLASSES HELD IN THE DEPARTMENT

  At the Department of Languages of Samarkand State Medical University, classes are organized and conducted on the basis of the working curriculum for the 2025/2026 academic year on the www.mt.sammu.uz platform. Professors and teachers of the department are conducting open classes according to the plan.

  Educational work includes all types of training, current, intermediate and final tests. Practical training is carried out using video projectors and computer devices and is carried out directly using modern pedagogical technologies. Practical training is provided by experienced, knowledgeable, highly certified, and up-to-date specialists.

  At the initiative of the British Council and the Innovative Centre, they participated in the "Teacher Training" seminar for foreign language teachers with the participation of international and local experts.

  The Department of Languages regularly holds department meetings and meetings of subject-methodological commissions, where the timely and high-quality delivery of classes, open classes, ensuring the delivery of classes through the module platform, and student mastery of subjects and quality indicators are reviewed and recorded.

  In order to strengthen cooperation with other departments of the university and to ensure that practical training is conducted by experienced, knowledgeable, highly certified, and up-to-date specialists, the Department of Languages also holds open integration classes with the participation of qualified and experienced teachers with many years of experience, in order to ensure that the teaching process is more meaningful and interesting for students. Among these, open integration classes conducted by the department's employees were listened to with great interest by students. During the lessons, students received answers to their questions and received useful information.

  In addition, open lessons, master classes, round tables, and seminars in English and Latin and medical terminology are regularly held at the Abu Ali ibn Sino Public Health Technical Colleges and Medical Colleges, where teachers from the Department of Languages are affiliated with the university.

  The open lessons held by the Head of the Department of Languages of Samarkand State Medical University, PhD, Assoc. Prof. Yorova S.K., Beknazarova M.K., Hamdamova M.H., Mustafayeva S.K. for students of the Abu Ali ibn Sino Public Health College aroused great interest among the students studying at this college.

  Samarkand State Medical University, Assistant Professor Esanova M.B., and Trainee Assistant Yaqubjonova N. conducted an open lesson on Latin and Medical Terminology and Foreign Language in Medicine for students of the Abu Ali ibn Sino Public Health Technical School. The lesson was listened to with interest by the students. They received the necessary information about the importance of medical terms.

  In order to ensure the implementation of the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 11, 2025 No. 01/14-3475 and the order of the rector of Samarkand State Medical University dated September 15, 2025 No. N367 AF, a course on advanced training and professional retraining in the field of "Latin language and medical terminology" was organized.
