Based on the Development Concept of the Institute for Internationalization at Samarkand State Medical University, efforts are being directed towards strengthening its position in the international educational landscape. The main priorities of internationalization include increasing the number of foreign students, developing joint projects with higher education institutions and research centers abroad, increasing the number of researchers and educators from foreign universities, and expanding joint programs with foreign universities that offer dual degrees.
Samarkand State Medical University is developing relationships with over 60 countries and international organizations, foreign universities, and research centers, based on the principles of equality in international cooperation in education and science. Collaboration with universities in Europe, Asia, and the CIS is based on the development of dialogue, joint programs, and educational mobility.
Every year, the number of qualified specialists, professors, students, and researchers from abroad visiting SamDTU for establishing partnerships, studying, enhancing skills, and participating in scientific conferences is increasing. SamDTU is ready to establish contacts with educational and scientific centers, universities, and public organizations around the world, and its doors are open to all foreign applicants, students, researchers, and educators.
