Scientific research works of the department
The research activities of the department are being carried out in the areas of educating the younger generation in the spirit of devotion to the ideas of independence, developing the legal culture of young people, philosophical problems of modern medical science, and various aspects of the history of Uzbek statehood.
All employees of the department are actively participating in the research activities of the department and the university. In 2026, the Head of the Department, G.Y. Tastanova, had two of her students successfully defend their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) dissertations in Medical Sciences and receive their PhD diplomas. At present, 4 employees are conducting PhD research as independent researchers (Sh.O. Korjavov, L.M. Kurbonova, Z.E. Khidirov, Z.A. Abduraimov), and 1 employee (Z.M. Mustafoyev) is conducting doctoral dissertation research.
Over the past 5 years, more than 364 scientific works have been published by the department’s staff, including 1 textbook, 2 dictionaries, 15 teaching manuals, 7 monographs, 19 electronic programs, and more than 100 articles in leading national and international journals.
