Abstract

Требования к функциональным и косметическим нарушениям в донорской зоне становятся все более строгими. В связи с чем не прекращаются поиски способов применения различных вариантов свободных, ультратонких, кожно-мышечных и ротационных лоскутов. Однако несмотря на предложенные авторами методы пластики каждый из них имеет свои положительные стороны, но не лишен и недостатков которые проявляются в виде осложнений впоследствии приводящих к косметическому дефекту и повторной операции.
