Abstract

Maqsad: kaft oldi suyaklari singanda inson salomatligini og‘irlik darajasini shakllantirish, natijalari va mezonlar xususiyatlarini aniqlashdir. Matreal va metod: ushbu tadqiqotda kaft oldi suyaklarining sinishi turli sharoitlarda jarohatlangan 24 yoshdan 15 yoshgacha bo‘lgan 48 yerkak kishida o‘rganildi: balandlikdan yikilish Natijalar: kaft oldi suyaklari shikastlanishi tarkibida kayiksimon suyak sinishi ustunlik qiladi (81,8%). Unda sinishlarning to‘rt turi ajralib turadi, bizning kuzatishlarimizda barqaror yani gorizontal, semilunar va vertikal sinishlar ustunlik qildi – (A2 turi), uning kelib chiqishi asosan to‘mtoq narsalarning qo‘l panjasiga ta’siri yoki bu suyaklar zonasining o‘sha suyaklarga ta’siri bilan bog‘liq edi. Kayt oldi suyagining sinishi bilan 20 ta holatdan 4 tasi shikastlanishning uzoq muddatli natijalarida soxta bugim (3) va aseptik nekroz (1) kabi asoratlarga olib keldi. Xulosa: shunday qilib, tabiat va kaft oldi sinish natijalari asosida, hisobga 3 haftadan ortiq muddatga sog‘liqni buzilishi davomiyligini inobatga olib, bu tuzilmalar xavfsiz holatga shikastlanishga- 4 oydan kam, 15 jabrlangan bemrlar jiddiyligi o‘rtacha og‘irligiga sifatida e’tirof etgan. Soxta bo‘g‘imlar va aseptik nekroz bilan murakkablashgan kayiksimon suyak uzining yoriqli sinishi bilan 4 ta bemorda kuzatildi, natijada bilak bo‘g‘imining funksiyasini aniq buzilishiga olib keldi, funksional noqulay holatga olib keldi, sog‘liqqa yetkazilgan zararning jiddiyligi doimiy yo‘qotishning yo‘qolishi mezoniga muvofiq. 1/3 (35-40%) ustidan umumiy ish qobiliyati, jiddiy tan jarohati sifatida karalishini talab etadi. Kalit so‘zlar: kaft oldi suyaklari, sinishlar, natijalar, asoratlar, shikastlanishning og‘irligi.
