In order to support its gifted and ambitious students, Samarkand State Medical University announces the start of the application process for this year's "Minister of Health Scholarship" competition. This is an excellent opportunity for active youth with deep medical knowledge and a desire to implement new initiatives to showcase their potential.

Who can apply?

• Undergraduate students starting from the 2nd year;
• Master's degree students (including 1st-year Master's students).

Main requirement: The student's academic performance score must be above 86 points.

List of required documents:

1. Application form;
2. 3×4 photograph;
3. CV (Biography);
4. Transcript for the last 2 semesters (1st-year Master's students must provide a transcript reflecting the grades of the final year of their Bachelor's degree);
5. Portfolio of achievements (certificates, diplomas, scientific articles, etc.);
6. Foreign language proficiency certificate;
7. Concept of a medical project or initiative;
8. Other additional required documents.

Submission procedure and deadline:

• Online registration: Documents must be submitted online via the official website https://ssvstipendiya.uz/uz.
• Offline submission location: Samarkand State Medical University, Department for the Organization of Scientific Research Activities of Gifted Students.
• Deadline: October 26, 2026.
