"Bureaucracy-Free Uzbekistan" Public Initiative

As part of the "Eliminating Bureaucracy – 2030" program approved by Decree No. F-68 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 28, 2025, the "Bureaucracy-Free Uzbekistan" public initiative is currently underway.

The core objective of this initiative is to identify, categorize, and develop actionable solutions for the bureaucratic hurdles encountered by citizens and entrepreneurs when interacting with public authorities.

About the Program

The "Eliminating Bureaucracy – 2030" program aims to reduce administrative burdens across public administration, streamline service delivery processes, and transition public services into modern digital frameworks.

Key priorities within the program include eliminating redundant documentation and compliance requirements, optimizing duplicate procedures, improving interagency data exchange, cutting service processing times, and delivering user-friendly public services for the general public.

For the University Community

Under this initiative, students, academic faculty, and staff of Samarkand State Medical University are encouraged to report bureaucratic obstacles they experience when accessing public services and submit constructive feedback on resolving them.

Submissions may address unwarranted document requests, repeated filings, protracted administrative delays, usability issues with digital portals, and other procedural bottlenecks.

Submission Guidelines

📅 Initiative Period: September 21 to November 20, 2026.

🌐 Citizens and business owners can submit recommendations via the online platform: https://murojaat.byurokratiyasiz2030.uz/

Submissions should clearly outline the specific nature of the issue, the inconvenience caused, associated losses in time or resources, and, where possible, viable practical solutions.

Received proposals will be reviewed by relevant subject-matter experts, and appropriate regulatory measures will be implemented based on the most pressing inputs.

We encourage the university community to take an active role in this civic initiative. Your contribution can help make public services significantly more convenient, transparent, and efficient.
