To support gifted students, Samarkand State Medical University announces a competition for the "MEROS PHARM" scholarship for the 1st semester of the 2026-2027 academic year.

Eligibility Requirements: Only graduating and pre-graduating year students, master's students, and clinical residents are eligible to participate. Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Active involvement in scientific research with demonstrated achievements;
• Engagement in innovative projects within the medical field;
• A Grade Point Average (GPA) of 85% or higher;
• Active participation in university community and extracurricular activities;
• Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical field and participation in related internships or projects.

Required Documents:

• Certificate of student status (enrollment verification);
• Copy of passport;
• Copy of academic transcript/grade book (certified by the faculty dean);
• Letters of recommendation from the faculty dean and the head of the department's academic club;
• Copies of documents confirming all academic and extracurricular achievements.

Application Deadline: Documents will be accepted until October 20, 2026.

Note: Students who have applied for the Rector's Scholarship during the current semester are not eligible to participate in this competition.
