The corresponding government resolution (No. 149, dated March 10, 2025) establishes the procedure for providing and redistributing grants for students of higher education institutions.
Key requirements:
- Minimum GPA - 3.5. Students with lower scores cannot participate in the grant redistribution process.
- Mandatory online registration. Applicants must submit their documents via the official website of the higher education institution.
- Evaluation system:
- Academic performance is assessed using an 80-point scale (GPA × 16).
- Social activity is calculated on a 20-point scale (result / 5).
- Priority of results:
- If two or more applicants achieve the same results, priority is given to the student with a higher academic performance score.
- If academic performance scores are equal, additional tests on specialized subjects are conducted.
- The list of grant recipients will be published annually on the official website of the higher education institution by August 25.
