Abstract

Юқори концентрацияли кислород (гипероксия) таъсирида узоқ муддат бўлиш марказий асаб тизими, ўпка ва бошқа аъзоларда оксидловчи шикастланишларни келтириб чиқариши маълум. Ярим асрдан кўпроқ вақт аввал ўтказилган классик тажрибалар кислород токсиклигининг оғирлик даражаси организмнинг метабо-лик ҳолатига, хусусан, қалқонсимон без гормонлари миқдорига боғлиқ эканлигини кўрсатган. Ушбу шарҳда гипероксиянинг гипофиз–қалқонсимон без ўқига, тироксин (Т4) нинг периферик деиодинациясига ҳамда антиоксидант тизимлар, жумладан селенопротеин-деиодиназалар ва бошқа ҳимоя механизмлари билан ўзаро таъсирига оид классик маълумотлар сўнгги 10 йил давомида нашр этилган молекуляр ва клиник тадқиқотлар нуқтаи назаридан қайта таҳлил қилинган. Шунингдек, гипероксия шароитида кузатилади-ган тиреоид ўзгаришлар билан оғир касалликлар вақтида ривожланадиган «нотиреоид касаллик синдроми» (НТИС) ўртасидаги ўхшашликлар замонавий клиник маълумотлар асосида муҳокама қилинган.
