Abstract
Metabolik assotsiirlangan jigar yog‘ kasalligi (MAJYOK) bolalar va o‘smirlar orasida semizlikning eng ko‘p uchraydigan asoratlaridan biri hisoblanadi. So‘nggi yillarda bolalarda semizlikning ortib borishi bilan bir qatorda MAJYOK uchrash tezligi ham sezilarli oshmoqda. Kasallik uzoq vaqt davomida klinik belgilar bermasligi, ammo vaqt o‘tishi bilan steatogepatit, fibroz va jigar sirroziga olib kelishi mumkinligi sababli uni erta aniqlash va samarali davolash pediatriya hamda bolalar gastroenterologiyasining dolzarb muammolaridan biri hisoblanadi. Hozirgi vaqtda MAJYOKni davolashning asosini hayot tarzini o‘zgartirish tashkil etsa-da, gepatoprotektiv va sitoprotektiv preparatlarning kompleks terapiyadagi o‘rni tobora ortib bormoqda.
