Abstract
В статье рассмотрены современные подходы к профилактике и лечению НПВП-гастропатий у кардиологических пациентов. Представлены результаты клинико-организационного анализа внедрения риск-ориентированной гастропротекции. Показано снижение частоты эрозивно-язвенных поражений и диспепсических расстройств после внедрения алгоритма.
