Abstract
Паллиатив онкогинекологик беморларда Rectus femoris ва Vastus intermedius мушакларининг ультратовуш кўрсаткичлари саркопения ва миостеатозни баҳолашда ўрганилди. Тадқиқотга 118 нафар бемор киритилди. Саркопения мавжуд беморларда мушак қалинлиги ишончли даражада паст бўлди (p<0,001). Миостеатозли беморларда эхогенлик юқори ва КТ бўйича мушак зичлиги паст эканлиги аниқланди. Ультратовуш текширу-вининг миостеатозни аниқлашдаги сезгирлиги 84,2%, спецификлиги 79,4%, AUC кўрсаткичи 0,86 ни ташкил қилди. Ультратовуш саркопения ва миостеатозни эрта аниқлаш учун самарали скрининг усули ҳисобланади.
