Abstract

Ситуация, отражающая состояние диагностики и лечения рака желудка драматична: у 65% больных к моменту обращения диагностируются III и IV стадии заболевания, у 83% есть метастазы в регионарных лимфоузлах, а одногодичная летальность среди впервые обратившихся достигает 57%. Различные схемы мультимодальной терапии пока малоэф-фективны и хирургическое лечение остается единст-венным шансом больных на долгосрочную выживае-мость.
