Abstract
В данной статье изучаются отдаленные результаты трехмодальной терапии (ТМТ) мышечно-инвазивного рака мочевого пузыря (МИРМП). Ретроспективно изучалась первичная документация заболевания и лечения. Общая выживаемость (ОВ) и безрецидивная выживаемость (БРВ) с сохраненным мочевым пузырем оценивались по методу Каплана-Мейера. Прогностические факторы оценивались с помощью регрессии пропорциональных рисков Кокса. ОВ и БРВ были сопоставимы с опубликованными ранее данными. Наши результаты подтверждают, что ТМТ является эффективным вариантом для тщательно отобранных пациентов с МИРМП.
