Abstract

Колоректальный рак (КРР) занимает третье место в структуре онкологических заболеваний и на ее долю приходится около 1,9 миллиона новых случаев в год Эти виды опухолей являются второй ведущей причиной смерти от рака в мире, ежегодно приводя к смерти почти 900 000 больных. В Узбекистане среди всех онкологических заболеваний КРР занимают 4-е место после рака молочной железы, желудка и легкого. Не смотря на широкое повсеместное внедрение скрининговых программ раннего выявления КРР, эти новообразования у 40% больных диагности-руются на III-IV стадии заболевания, из которых тре-бующих экстренного хирургического вмешательства составляет 10%-18% пациентов с первоначально ди-агностированным раком толстой кишки.
