Abstract

This study was aimed at developing proposals and recommendations for optimizing the diagnostic process and predicting the outcomes of non-developing pregnancy. The developed algorithm allows using the safest and most informative methods to reliably determine the functional state of the uterine endometrium and the mechanisms of implan-tation disorders in patients with missed miscarriage.
