Abstract

В статье обсуждаются современные методы хирургического лечения выпадения прямой кишки со сравнительным анализом различных доступов и методов оперативного вмешательства. Представлен обзор мультицентровых исследований последних 20 лет по диагностике и хирургической коррекции выпадения прямой кишки, указаны наиболее безопасные и эффективные оперативные вмешательства, включая новое направление – робот-ассистированные полостные операции.
