Credit-module system of institute is improved in the light of international experience

  Within the framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Dutch company Elsevier, teachers and students have free access to ClinicalKey Student, Complete Anatomy, STATdx platforms from Elsevier.

  So, we are pleased to announce that the e-learning platform (https://mt.sammi.uz) of our institute is integrated with the ClinicalKey Student database (https://www.clinicalkey.com/student). It is remarkable that our institute is the first among medical schools of our country, in providing such opportunity to its students.

  Thanks to this integration, students can use more than 270 of the most popular medical textbooks, more than 2,000 practice videos and nearly 150,000 photos and pictures in Clinicalkey Student platform free of charge. Most importantly, students are given the opportunity to test their knowledge with this system on more than 4,500 world-class test questions. Besides educational books, videos and pictures, the platform also provides interactive communication between students and teachers to further help them learn, memorize and test their knowledge.

  The aim of these changes is to enhance the institute's module system with reliable overseas information resources and control assignments, and to deepen students' knowledge to success on international test systems such as USMLE.
