Abstract

Мақолада тиш кариеси патогенезида Streptococcus mutans ва Candida albicans ўртасидаги турлараро (cross-kingdom) ўзаро таъсирга бағишланган замонавий адабиётлар таҳлил қилинган. S. mutansнинг кариесогенлик хусусиятлари, C. albicans билан биргаликда полимикроб биофильм ҳосил қилиши, экстрацеллюляр полисахарид (EPS) матриксининг шаклланиши, GtfB билан боғлиқ ўзаро таъсирлар, кислотага ва оксидловчи стрессга чидамлилик ҳамда вирулентлик генларининг регуляцияси кўриб чиқилган. Шунингдек, S. mutans серотипларининг (c, e, f, k) клиник аҳамияти ва уларнинг Candida билан ҳамкорлиги бўйича мавжуд далиллар баҳоланган. Янги тадқиқотлар серотипик хилма-хилликни клиник намуналарда тасдиқласа-да, айнан серотипга боғлиқ S. mutans–C. albicans полимикроб биофильм вирулентлиги ҳали етарлича ўрганилмаганини кўрсатади. Бу йўналишда клиник ва экспериментал тадқиқотларни кенгайтириш индивидуал кариес хавфини баҳолаш ва мақсадли профилактика стратегияларини ишлаб чиқиш учун муҳимдир.
