ВАЛЬГУС КОЛЕНА В ТЕСТАХ ВОЗВРАТА В СПОРТ КАК ФАКТОР РИСКА ПОВТОРНОЙ ТРАВМЫ ПЕРЕДНЕЙ КРЕСТООБРАЗНОЙ СВЯЗКИ У ПОДРОСТКОВ-СПОРТСМЕНОВ (16-19)

Abstract

Цель — определить факторы риска повторной травмы передней крестообразной связки (ПКС) после первичной реконструкции (РПКС) с помощью тестов возврата в спорт (ВВС), включающих качественные и количественные измерения, у молодых спортсменов. В ретроспективном исследовании «случай–контроль» подростки-спортсмены после первичной РПКС прошли тест ВВС (качественные и количественные оценки, а также шкалу кинезиофобии Тампа TSK-11); независимые связи оценивались бинарной логистической регрессией (скорректированное ОШ, 95% ДИ, p < 0,05). Из 72 спортсменов 12 (16,7%) перенесли повторную травму ПКС; средний балл Tegner — 8,4 ± 1,1, среднее время от РПКС до теста ВВС — 10,4 ± 2,9 месяца. Качественная оценка вальгуса колена при боковом приставном шаге (sidestep cut) была связана с повторной травмой ПКС (сОШ = 4,64; 95% ДИ 1,18–18,23; p = 0,03). Спортсмены с избыточным динамическим вальгусом колена на оперированной конечности при боковом приставном шаге примерно в 4,6 раза чаще переносили повторную травму ПКС, что указывает на важность включения качественной оценки вальгуса в тесты ВВС.
