Abstract

This article examines the long-term safety outcomes following correction of genital asymmetry in adolescent girls. Particular attention is given to postoperative follow-up, prevention of potential complications, and preservation of reproductive and gynecological health. The study emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis, appropriate treat ment strategies, and continuous monitoring to ensure favorable long-term outcomes in this patient population.
