Abstract
Лечение повреждений костей вертлужной впадины является одной из наиболее актуальных проблем с точки зрения увеличения в последние годы доли больных с травмами при высоко энергетических дорожно транспортных травмах. Сложные повреждения обуславливают необходимость применения различных комби нированных методов остеосинтеза, операций первичного восстановительного эндопротезирования. Несмотря на постоянное совершенствование методов лечения и внедрение новых технологических методов в практику, лечение и реабилитация пациентов является одной из первостепенных задач. Материалы и методы. Изучены научные источники из различных баз данных (Scopus) и использованы термины травмы вертлужной впадины, последствия травмы вертлужной впадины, остеосинтез вертлужной впадины, эндопротезирование тазобед ренного сустава.
